& THE HIGH COUNTRY, TAVISTOCK HOUSE, circa 1866, offers charming old world colonial style boutique accommodation, with each room beautifully restored to its former grandeur, and containing period furniture with Victorian style decor.

CHRIS purchased the old Mansfield bank building in 1999 and with a team of local tradesman has quietly and methodically converted the upstairs areas into accommodation with all rooms offering a different and definite view.

ENTRY is through the red side door on Highett Street Mansfield and guests receive security coded access to the building. Climbing a distinctive stair case below a crystal chandelier leads to the various rooms, providing intimate and quality surroundings for your stay in Mansfield.

TAVISTOCK HOUSE MANSFIELD is certainly the epitome of boutique accommodation with old world charm. You stay in the heart of Mansfield and the High Country, with plenty of parking and access to shops, restaurants and pubs will be one to remember.
